Zong 4G hosts students from Gwadar University for a Cultural Exchange Program.

As a component of the Chinese International haven's Social Trade Program, Zong 4G organized a comprehensive tour of their CSC in Islamabad for aspiring students from Gwadar University on December 14. Individuals from the Chinese International haven and the Pakistan-China Establishment went to the occasion, which members of MFS, the Zong CSC Team, and the PR Department hosted.

The students were invited to Zong 4 G's official Islamabad Customer Service Center, where they were shown how the different operations in the center are completed. They were then given a show on Zong's set of experiences, network inclusion, and other achievements. The capable understudies then, at that point, engaged in an interactive session with our team about the challenges faced in their region. The discussion was efficient and beneficial, and methods for addressing their concerns and bringing them into the digital era were discussed.

Muhammad Hassan Ali, Manager of Digital Communications (PR and CSR), led the presentation to the students. The excellent COVID response of Zong 4G was also highlighted in the production. Zong 4G expanded on its organizational values by explaining how they operate as employer to the students. During the pandemic, most MNCs and large corporate employers reduced their workforce, but Zong 4G managed to give out more jobs and make the transition to 'work from home' protocols as smooth as possible for their existing teams.

Mr. Atif Mehmood, Senior Manager of Channel Support, Sales, and Distribution, was also present and answered all technical and coverage-related questions from the students. He described expanding coverage in Balochistan, which is currently a focus for Zong 4G, by improving existing infrastructure.

Following a thorough Q&A session, the activity was concluded with a group photo of all attendees outside the CSC, bringing the productive session to a close.
